I bought this sweatshirt as a birthday gift for my friend who I went to the concert with who was unable to get the merch she wanted. I was so excited to give her something unique that also highlighted the specific night that we experienced the once in a lifetime concert. Unfortunately, USPS Lost? or Just did not deliver the package? I reached out to customer service about the issue and I was told to make a claim. USPS required information about the seller and postage that I would not have as a customer so I relayed this to the customer service team. They said they would put in a claim but I received no follow up or confirmation. No reimbursement, No communication, No assistance with the issue outside of "We can put in a claim" to which I am not sure if that was ever done. I understand small businesses and creators, but to be out 100$ from two sweatshirts, one I NEVER received, is not a good look. I hope you all can make a change with who you chose to ship from to protect customers, especially for a product that is on the more expensive side.
