HOW IS YOUR APPAREL MADE?

We use DTG (direct to garment) printing which offers us a wide variety of design capabilities! This method involves printing the design directly onto the garment and the ink soaks down into the fabric.

You can expect slight fading after a few washes, but DTG is one of the highest rated printing methods and will last upwards of 50-100 washes with no major fading if cared for properly!

GILDAN VS COMFORT COLORS?

We utilize multiple brands for our apparel and while they are all great options, they do have some differences!

Gildan goes up to 5X while Comfort Colors is currently only available up to 4X! Both brands are a unisex fit!

Comfort Colors also offers a wider range of color options!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations are available if requested within 2 hours of making the purchase. After 2 hours, your order will be in the production/fulfillment stages and can no longer be cancelled or modified!

I WANT TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted as each piece is made to order specifically
for you with your design/color/size selections! All sales are final.

We do not hold inventory of the majority of our products to prevent overconsumption!

MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE OR WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order arrives with incorrect or defective merchandise, we will offer a free replacement if reported within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please email us here with your order # and a brief description and a photo if applicable!

I PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT TO ARRIVE?

You can expect your order to ship between 3-7 business days! Some items will ship separately as they become available. During high volume periods such as holidays or sales, the processing time may be increased up to 10-15 business days.

Once shipped, packages are usually delivered within 4-5 business days.

*Please note that the processing time and shipping time are separate of each other.

*Weekends and national holidays are not included in the processing times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders have the same processing time of 3-7 business days, but may take up to 15-20 business days to be delivered.

International orders are subject to customs & fee's upon entry to your country.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. It is the buyers responsibility to follow up with the shipping provider for these instances.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS!

We will try to accommodate an address change if requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once 2 hours has elapsed, we are unable to make changes to the address.

Alternatively, once your package begins tracking you can reach out to the shipping carrier to set up forwarding to another address.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us we are happy to re-ship the item, but the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking link! If you do not receive this email within a reasonable time, please reach out to us for an update!

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED!

Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have left our warehouse & started tracking.

We will do our best to help in a situation where your order is delayed, lost, returned or stolen -- but you, the buyer, will ultimately be responsible for contacting the shipping provider for updates.

If your package has stopped receiving tracking updates, you will need to follow up with the shipping provider directly for assistance locating the package prior to contacting us!

If your package has been returned to us, we will be happy to re-ship the package but the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

At this time we cannot offer customization on orders unless it is a bulk / wholesale order!
