I ordered 2 of the Era sweatshirts for my Swiftie fans for Christmas. The first I received was perfect. The second I received was printed the same on front and back. I sent a message with pictures of the sweatshirt I received and the problem was corrected “Swiftly “ and promptly with a replacement. Nothing but great things to say about this company!
