Love, but could be better

I love the idea of this! The sweatshirt came and was adorable, the color was accurately represented online, however, I sized up to get an oversized fit and its my normal size (small, ordered a medium). It’s cute, but realistically I will never wear this. I am very disappointed that this shop does not accept returns. Nowhere did it note that these run small. They say pre-shrunk but this was nowhere near a medium. I hate to bash a small business, but this was a waste of money for me… Would have loved this if the size was what I wanted.
