I placed an order for all Cincinnati night 1 items. However, somehow I made the mistake of selecting night two for one of the tshirts. It was a beautiful shirt and the right color, but the wrong night. I don’t know how I mixed it up but that’s on me. I’m just upset because I’ve tried to contact this business multiple times to try to find a solution for the mistake but they won’t even respond. I’ve tried over the course of several weeks to contact them through the contact info they provide on the website but nothing. Also, I wish they would’ve potentially reached out about one of many items being night two instead of one.
