super cute and soft sweatshirt. I’ve ordered other products and have been happy with the result. although, I ordered this as a gift and it came with a brown stain on the front. i sent many emails about this and it took about a week to receive a response. she just asked to see a picture and didn’t mention refunding or sending another. luckily with stain remover and a wash it was removed but it was upsetting considering it was a gift and had a short time frame for when I needed it.
